SUP -yoga is a fun way spend an hour on top of the water. The exercises will open and strengthen your body. Especially your balance and body control will be improved.
Please note that you might tip yourself in to the water, so please take some spare clothing with you.
Our yoga instructor is Anni Malviina who is studying to become a yoga teacher. During Anni's classes you will learn to listen to your own body and laugh at small mistakes you might make during the class. In my classes I encourage you to listen to your body with care, to have fun, and just be you. You are welcome to my classes just as you are. You dont need any prior experience.

When: 4.7, 11.7, 18.7 ja 25.7 at 17-19 (duration about 2 hours)
Includes: Instructor and SUP boards
What should I bring: suncream, hat, personal drinking water, flexible clothing. You should also bring spare clothing in case you need to change. Also a towel.
What is expected of me: You must know how to swim.
Weather: Small rain dosnt bother us. During windy conditions we will move to the pier.
Where: Tykkimäki Resort, Käyrälammentie 22, 45200 Kouvola. We will group at Saimaan Palju rental station right next to the reception of the Resort
